We ordered 14 pieces, and everything went smoothly. The anime light boxes were very well packaged. One had a loose connection. We contacted support, and they responded within two days. The replacement has already arrived.

Let’s just say the product is worth the wait. They’re very aesthetically pleasing and the lights look dope when turned on. The order took a little over a month to arrive but there was a strike going on at that point with Canada post which could’ve played a factor but 10/10 recommend.

Bought this for my son's birthday! A little sceptical after reading some issues with delivery however I had no problems at all and the light box was well made and a big hit with my son! Will be purchasing more for him.
I like the light boxes very much. They look as described and pictured. My only thing is it drains batteries quickly and it won’t be as convenient to use the usb that comes with them, at least not with how I have them set up. So be prepared to consistently buy batteries if you actually want them to be lit up brightly. The batteries drain and the lights become visibly dimmer. I have 5 of them and they each take 3 batteries so that’ll be a lot for me to consistently buy so many batteries, but maybe if you have less, it’ll be more convenient. Love the product itself overall

My son absolutely loves his Ichigo light box. Probably his favorite one of the group he got for Christmas. The details are clean and crisp and really sticks out when you turn it on in the dark. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered the Asta light box! It came in perfect condition! It came with the power cord or you can use batteries. I love it! I order two others and gave one as a gift and she loved it! I won’t lie I was skeptical that this website was a scam but I’m glad I ordered anyway because these light boxes are really cool! I will definitely be ordering more!

Ordered these as a Christmas gift for my brother. Ordered Nov 27th, shipping notification on the 29th, and received in excellent condition on Dec 13th. They work perfectly and look exactly as pictured. Great craftsmanship. All came with a power cord but also take batteries which is nice.
